30-day guarantee: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Hygiene note: As a skin-contact product, only unopened, unused packs are eligible for return — along with any item that arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items: Email support@cutepimplepatches.com with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
EU right of withdrawal: Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note that sealed hygiene goods that have been unsealed after delivery may be exempt.
